Product Description
This semi-cured cheese is a special preparation of mixed coagulation (with enzymatic predominance over lactic), made from pasteurised goat's milk. Its most characteristic feature is its rind, covered with a layer of toasted barley malt and Penicillium candidum mould, giving it an unmistakable appearance and flavour. It is presented in a cylindrical format of 420 grams, wrapped in transparent film to protect its delicate rind.
