Product Description
This soft cheese is an artisanal product made with pasteurised goat's milk. Its maturation process includes the development of a fine layer of Penicillium candidum mould on its surface (completely edible), which gives it its characteristic white colour and velvety texture. It is presented in a distinctive flat disc format of 190 grams, wrapped in paper-like material to protect its delicate rind and allow the cheese to continue evolving properly.
