Lees Work: This technique provides a silky texture and greater longevity to the wine, softening acidity and enhancing fruity and floral aromas.
Skin Maceration: Carried out at 10ºC for several hours before fermentation, it allows for the extraction of the purest essence of the grape skin, ensuring superior aromatic complexity.
Vegan Seal: Produced with absolute respect for the product, using natural clarification processes that make it a 100% vegan-friendly wine.
