Production: Direct pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting: Pale yellow colour with greenish highlights. Notes of citrus, white flowers, and stone fruits, apricot and peach. On the palate, it is long and persistent with a good balance between acidity and alcohol.
