Propolis (or propolis) is a resinous mixture that bees obtain mainly from tree buds and subsequently transform in the hive. It is a powerful antioxidant, rich in flavonoids, used primarily for its antifungal and antibacterial properties, as well as for its healing activity.

It is available in 30 ml dropper bottles at a concentration of 30% (weight/volume) in 70% food-grade alcohol.

Dosage:adults 10-12 drops/day dissolved in milk, yogurt, juice, water... (1 bottle = approx. 3 months of treatment).

Indications:a) to prevent or treat throat infections, hoarseness, bronchitis, irritation... b) as a healing agent for skin wounds.

NOTES:before treatment, it is advisable to apply 4-5 drops to the inner forearm and leave for 24 hours to rule out possible allergies.
