SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS TASTE: Sweet, with clear notes of caramel. In the retronasal phase, the intensity increases and a slight bitterness appears. Very complex honey.
AROMA: Floral, with a clear animal component, intense and persistent.
COLOUR: From amber to dark amber.
CRYSTALLISATION: Late and slow.
PACKAGING: 485g.
Additional information: honey with organic certification collected in completely uninhabited areas, meadows and alpine heaths at 1800m altitude, in the Bierzo region (León, Castilla y León).Awards received:
