This soft cheese is a creation of Quesería Gerardo, made in Ambasmestas (El Bierzo) with pasteurised goat's milk. Its distinctive feature is its edible rind, carefully coated with a selection of Provençal herbs (such as rosemary, thyme, and oregano). This coating not only gives it a rustic and attractive aesthetic but also infuses the cheese with herbal nuances that enrich its smooth and creamy profile. It is presented in a cylindrical format of 200 grams.
