Product Description
This semi-cured cheese is made using a mixed coagulation process (with a predominance of enzymatic over lactic), produced from pasteurised goat's milk. It is characterised by its rind covered with a layer of Penicillium candidum mould, which contributes to its development and flavour. It is presented in a cylindrical format of 420 grams (ranging between 400-500g), wrapped in transparent film to ensure proper preservation and protection.
