Collected by bees mainly during spring and early summer, pollen is one of the main sources of essential amino acids, which our body does not produce and must be ingested through diet. It is also a fantastic source of rapidly assimilable carbohydrates and fibre.

Dosage:1 or 2 teaspoons a day

Method of consumption:dissolved in milk, infusions, coffee, yogurt… it is recommended to let it steep with a tablespoon of honey a few hours before consumption for better absorption by the body.
