The Xestal Mencía is an author wine that originates from the San Miguel plot, in the municipality of Arganza. Coming from strictly organic farming at altitudes of up to 750 metres, this wine combines the freshness of the mountains with the complexity of noble aging. With a production of only 8,000 bottles, the Xestal 2022 is a commitment to quality and character, offering a mature, smoky, and deeply balanced Mencía.
