Cold Production: A prefermentative maceration is carried out at just 4ºC for 4 days. This process allows for the extraction of all the colour and aromas of fresh fruit without adding bitterness, ensuring a silky profile.
Controlled Fermentation: Fermented at 22ºC to balance the extraction of tannins, achieving a wine with structure but very pleasant on the palate.
Vegan Seal: Produced under standards that ensure it is a 100% vegan-friendly product, using only clarifiers of mineral or plant origin.
