Blackberry and, to a lesser extent, fennel and legumes
SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS TASTE: Sweet, with a clear acidic component. In the retronasal phase, the fruity component increases and is slightly aniseed due to the presence of fennel.
AROMA: Markedly floral, with an intense fruity component and moderately persistent.
COLOUR: From light amber to amber.
CRYSTALLISATION: Slow and in fine crystals
PACKAGING: 485g and 800g.
Additional information: honey with organic certification collected in an exclusive rural area of the Bierzo region (León, Castilla y León). Limited production.
