Prepared with organic forest honey from Salvaxe and 10% concentrated black garlic paste. As a result, enjoy an authentic umami flavour while benefiting from all the properties that black garlic offers us. Especially indicated for combating fatigue, preventing hypertension, and delaying cellular ageing. Black garlic is known for its antioxidant activity, conferred by the high amounts of allicin it contains, which remain intact in this preparation. It can be consumed as a regular sweetener or combined with hot drinks, yogurt, cured cheese, curds, and as a dressing for sauces, salads, and roasted meats.
